Policy & Advocacy Team
Logan Davidson
Logan Davidson is a legislative and political staffer with bipartisan experience at the state and federal level. He served as Legislative Director and Chief of Staff for Representative Alex Dominguez, where he shepherded Texas’ historic psychedelic medicine law, HB 1802, to passage and implementation. He leads local education and advocacy efforts for psychedelic medicine in Texas as Senior Advisor of Texans for Greater Mental Health.
Logan is a military family member with a dedicated passion for ending the Veteran suicide epidemic. He received a bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Political Science from Texas Tech University and completed his MBA at the University of North Texas.
Nathan Fletcher
Nathan Fletcher is a combat veteran of the United States Marine Corps who served as a Counterintelligence/Human Intelligence Specialist in locations around the world. Decorated for valor under enemy fire, he carried the heavy load of complex Post Traumatic Stress unseen to most except those closest to him for years. Nathan is a VETS grant recipient who did an ibogaine retreat in 2023. It changed his life in ways unimaginable.
After his retreat, he got more involved with VETS through our meditation program and then served as a trained peer support specialist. After the suicide of a close friend who was waiting for psychedelic treatment, he joined VETS as a Senior Advisor, helping advance our legislative initiatives across the country. He is an invaluable member of the VETS team.
When not helping VETS, Nathan can be found training horses or working cattle on his ranch. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and most anything outdoors. In a prior life, he served as a state legislator. He had dozens of bills signed into law, including Chelsea’s Law– landmark legislation that reformed the way California deals with violent sexual predators who target children. He also served as the Chair of the San Diego County Board of Supervisors, making mental health treatment and veterans’ issues a priority.
Nathan and his wife Lorena are the proud parents of five kids and are now grandparents. He splits his time between his family ranch in Arkansas and their mountain cabin in Big Bear, California.
