Through this partnership, organizations directly sponsor VETS’ Foundational Healing Grants. Many of our current partners are nonprofits, foundations, and mission-aligned groups supporting veterans and their families. Together, we make healing accessible—and sustainable—through access to a continuum of care rooted in preparation, safety, and long-term support.

Each $8,000 grant provides a complete, wraparound healing experience for a veteran on our waitlist, or a veteran you refer.
As a Healing Grant Partner, you can refer a veteran in your network or choose to support a veteran already on the VETS waitlist.
Complete the application form below; our team will connect with you directly to formalize our partnership agreement.
Identify a veteran in your network who meets VETS’ eligibility criteria, or choose to support an eligible veteran already on the VETS waitlist.
VETS confirms eligibility and schedules an intake call with the veteran.
Once approved, you’ll fund the full cost of the healing grant. VETS will coordinate the logistics.
