Engagement Guidelines
Please review the guidelines below before submitting your request. Allow up to ten (10) business days for review and response.
Brand Integrity
VETS owns all trademarks, logos and related branding assets. Any use of these assets in marketing, promotional materials, social media, packaging or events requires prior written approval from VETS.
Marketing & Promotion
Partners may use the approved VETS supporter badge display they receive once the partnership is authorized. VETS-generated promotion (including web listings, social media features, or press releases) is not guaranteed, remains at the sole discretion of VETS and will be agreed upon in the agreement signed.
Product Endorsement & Exclusivity
VETS does not offer exclusivity within any industry or category (e.g., apparel, beverage, wellness, media, etc.) Partnerships do not imply personal endorsement by VETS leadership, staff, or veteran ambassadors of any partner products, services, or messaging.
Sales & Distribution
VETS does not sell, distribute, or directly promote partner products or services, nor do we share or sell our donor or participant lists.
Mission Alignment & Approval
All partners must demonstrate alignment with VETS’ mission, values, and ethical standards. We reserve the right to decline or discontinue any partnership that could conflict with our purpose, compromise veteran privacy, or risk brand misrepresentation.
Use of Veteran Stories or Imagery
Out of respect for the privacy and dignity of our community, VETS must pre-approve any use of veteran likenesses, stories, or testimonials in partner materials. We prohibit the use of imagery that implies treatment endorsement or exploits trauma narratives.
Event & Fundraising Alignment
All co-branded or partner-led events must be reviewed for alignment and compliance with local and federal charitable fundraising guidelines.
